Welcome to LovexxJen! By accessing or using our website (the "Site") and purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. General Information

LovexJen is a small business selling hand-sewn, upcycled products, including scrunchies, baby clothes, and custom-made garments. Ready-to-order items are made with love from secondhand or charity shop fabrics to promote sustainability and ethical fashion, custom-made garments are made to the specification of the buyer.

2. Ordering & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout via our accepted payment methods.
  • For custom orders, full payment is required before production begins.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders & Returns

  • Due to the handmade nature of our items, minor variations in colour, stitching, or fabric texture may occur.
  • Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure all specifications, including measurements, are correct before placing an order.
  • Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Cancellations

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • For standard orders, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already begun processing your order.

5. Shipping & Lost Parcels

  • We ship within the UK only. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier.
  • All orders are sent with tracking where available.
  • LovexJen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.
  • If your parcel is lost, please contact the courier service first. If unresolved, contact us, and we will assist where possible.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on this Site are the property of LovexJen and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
  • Any unauthorised use of our materials may result in legal action.

7. Sustainability & Ethical Practices

  • LovexJen is committed to sustainability by using secondhand and upcycled fabrics to create unique, eco-friendly products.
  • We strongly oppose fast fashion and unethical labour practices, ensuring all products are made ethically and with care.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • LovexJen is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages caused by improper use of our products.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damages arising from the use of our products or services.
