Processing & Shipping Times
At LovexJen, we strive to offer affordable and eco-conscious shipping options. Below are our shipping details:
- Ready-to-order products: Processing time is 2-4 business days, with an additional 2-4 days for shipping.
- Custom-made products: Processing usually takes 2-4 days, with an additional 2-3 weeks for production. Shipping takes an additional 2-4 days. (This is not a guarantee! Estimated processing times will be communicated at the time of purchase.)
Shipping Methods
- We use Royal Mail and aim to ship in envelopes whenever possible to keep costs low.
- We do not ship internationally—orders are limited to the UK only.
- The most cost-effective shipping option is always selected to keep prices low for both our customers and our business.
Tracking Information
- Orders below £50 do not include tracking.
- Tracking is only available for custom-made products.
Returns & Refunds
- We do not cover the cost of returns. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
